Tracy S. Morales, LCSW
Tracy S. Morales is a licensed clinical social worker with twenty years of experience working in clinical practice settings with various mental health conditions and life challenges. Tracy is honored to help individuals, families, and groups discover themselves on a deep level. Tracy’s clinical approach uses a combination of her training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and psychodynamics to help clients achieve purpose, peace, and love within themselves and with others.
Tracy believes it is part of her life’s purpose to help others cultivate a balance between body, mind, and soul and welcomes clients to explore their spirituality and greater connection to the universe and one another. Some of her areas of expertise include working with grief and loss, elders and caregivers, women’s empowerment, peri and postnatal mental health, parenting, ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, depression, life transitions, and personal development.
Tracy has a unique ability with helping clients make meaningful connections between early experiences, inner child work, and how those patterns show up in their current lives and relationships – while also providing practical, actionable tools to use in the present. Tracy is warm, empathetic, practical and dedicated to helping others feel a sense of purpose and hope as they navigate life’s journey.
